  16. This one is dated August 15, 1996, and labeled Beta 3.  The only change
  17. from last time involves TCP/IP connections made using a DHCP server --
  18. a fix to the lease renewal procedure.  Beta 3 is in the usual place:

  22. Meanwhile, we'd still like some feedback on the form of authentication that
  23. people want for SOCKS firewall negotiation.  Everybody is asking for SOCKS,
